- [ ] The only prescribed roadmap project, which should top your list unless there’s a Nest-driven reason for it not to, is the Log Review, Cleaning, and Monitoring Project.
- [ ] Also consider backlogged issues transitioning from another squad to your squad. E.g. from Squad ABC.
- [ ] From those things, build a list of problems to address (or solutions if you’re already far into the planning process).
- [ ] Create each of the items in the list as Projects in Linear. (No issues within those Projects required.)
- [ ] Map each of those Projects to a Linear Roadmap (
